First and foremost, we choose to be in the eLearning business as it helps in the global fight against climate change by minimizing commuting, paper usage, and construction materials for classrooms. Which results to less fuel consumption, less emission of pollutants, and a smaller carbon footprint.

More importantly, online learning overcomes the mobility barrier which is common to many persons with disabilities (PWD). This enables the PWD to avail of the learning, and also be sustainably employed in its delivery. Our virtual/online platform and mindset enables the PWD to be effectively engaged in our business. All our people work from the comfort and security of wherever they are, without having to commute to an office.

The majority of the people in Genashtim are PWD, and we intend to keep it that way as we grow exponentially.

However, we make no excuses - we deliver globally competitive quality at competitive prices. We are so confident about this that we do not need lump-sum upfront payments and binding contracts.
