We believe that whilst giving this little push into eLearning 2.0 might initially feel time-consuming to them, they eventually will learn how to be more efficient, and learn how to learn more effectively. This is a bonus which is not part of the curriculum.

eLearning 2.0 is really the preferred learning style for the Generation Y, who are already permeating the middle management ranks in the corporate world, and make up the largest consumer group today. Think about being an employer of choice, and about retention of talent.
