This article captures the gist of Genashtim's very unconventional engagement with persons with disabilities (PWDs). By focusing on people's abilities rather than disabilities, and marrying that with the power of today's technology and the internet, the PWDs are able to serve a global market. Ironically, the PWDs make Genashtim a stronger business.
MyHandicap was established by Joachim Schoss, a prominent Swiss businessman who lost a leg and an arm in a traffic accident. Based in Europe, MyHandicap's mission is to to improve lives of PWDs by providing comprehensive information and advice, and through raising awareness about PWDs in society and economy.
