Children with speech disabilities will never be able to get enough help for their development because:-

- There are waitlists of weeks, to years, for speech therapy sessions in Australia
- You might live in locations which are distant from speech pathologists and speech clinics
- Speech pathology sessions in Australia can cost up to A$ 200 per hour or more

SpED Online uses the latest technology on the internet to deliver “live” regular and cost effective speech therapy to anyone with broadband access.

SpED Online uses the parts of the process which has been adopted by Autism Victoria called Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), which was based on the work of Dr Ivar Lovaas. One of the philosophies of ABA is early and regular intervention, using the interests of the child to stimulate conversation. Hence the program is tailor-made for each child, based on his/her interests. Examples could be Thomas the Tank Engine, Barbie, Harry Potter etc. We will interview the parents and the child, and brief our Speech Tutors, before starting sessions.

SpED Online sessions will be conducted with VOIP and webcam, in the comfort of your home. Each session will be for 45 minutes. One parent or guardian should be present to assist if necessary, and to also reinforce the learning with the child in-between sessions. Click here for a demo.
